DAKKAR INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Incentive Program for frequent hiring
Dakkar Pty Ltd (“Dakkar”) has introduced a loyalty program (the “Dakkar Incentive Program”) as a way of showing its appreciation to its customers. Customers and their authorised employees or hiring agents will be able to accumulate reward points in connection with hire contracts made with Dakkar. Those points can then be redeemed for items of reward.
Who can become a member of the Program?
Any person who, with the consent of the company or business hiring the equipment from Dakkar, is representing that hiring party in relation to the hiring contract. In some instances, there may be more than one eligible member for a particular hiring party.
How does someone apply to become a member?
If you are interested in becoming a member, you will need to:

have the Registration Form signed by the hiring party. Where this is a corporation, a director’s signature is required. Where the hiring party is not a corporation but is operating under a trade name, the owner of that trade name must sign; and

return the completed and fully signed Registration Form together with a signed copy of the Terms & Conditions (click here) to acknowledge your agreement to them.

You will be notified once an application has been accepted by Dakkar.
How do you earn reward points?
Reward points will be allocated to the member recorded by Dakkar as representing the hiring party in respect of a contract made between Dakkar and the hiring entity. Each point will equal 1% of the total of the monthly charge to the hiring party, excluding the GST component, services, fuel, insurances and operator costs. For example, if the monthly invoice for a machine hire is $19,800 excluding GST, a total of 198 points will accrue. Points will accrue once the invoice has been paid in full.
When can points be redeemed for a reward?
Points may be redeemed for a reward after you have collected a minimum of 500 points. A member can continue to collect points over time and choose to redeem them once the member has reached one of the accrued point levels as set out below. No more than 30,000 points may accrue. Once the 30,000 point level has been reached, the points must be redeemed.
A member may request redemption of accrued points at the following point levels.

Any residual points after a claim for redemption will remain as a point credit in the member’s account.
How is a claim for a reward made?
When a member has sufficient points accrued and wishes to redeem them for a reward, the member should contact Rebecca Goddard of Dakkar (contact details below), and she will deal with the member’s request.
